BB-MV Lokal TV
BB-MV-LokalTV (formerly BB-MV Lokal-TV, BB-Lokal – TV and Brandenburg Lokal-TV) is a common satellite channel for local TV stations from Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania. It is a (joint) project of the media agency Berlin-Brandenburg. SES Astra deals with technical processes.
The canal started on September 13, 2013 and was actually limited to three years. The show ran every day from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in 30-minute windows. The Mecklenburg-Vorpommern media authority has closed seven stations in the past
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern received Berlin on this common platform and two stations. In September 2018, the station name was changed with the exit of the train stations in Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In mid-November 2018, the transmission time will be extended by 24 hours. The Astra transponder has replaced 23 transmitters. Local channels from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania have been officially on the ship again since January 1, 2019.
It was possible to receive mainly cable-related stations before satellite transmission was activated. Similar projects have been undertaken to increase reach; B. For ONTV (2002-2012) and LokalSAT (2004-2012) for Bavaria.
