On October 16, 1995 the first German telescope transmitter HSE24 was launched on the market under the name HOT (Home Order Television) and in May 2001 it was renamed Home Shopping Europe. The HSE24 brand was launched in March 2004.
The source of the concept is mainly Quelle GmbH with the new media director Patrick Palomb, who tested the first telescope formats of the 1980s. and also.
