Myanmar TV Channels
MRTV-4 is a free, 24-hour television channel that broadcasts live entertainment. In May 2004, the new MRTV-4 channel was broadcast daily to the general public for a two-hour broadcast in collaboration with the
Myanmar Ministry of Radio and Television Information. In 2005, a cycle system was introduced and a six-hour program was released. In 2006, it was broadcast free of charge to Yangon and neighboring regions, and in 2007 to Mandalay and neighboring regions. In April 2009, the MRTV-4 channel broadcast 18 hours a day. Since September 2010, MRTV-4 has become a free 24-hour channel and is currently the most popular channel in Myanmar.
